Hello, March! 

Autumn is finally here. Time to ready our skin for the changes that the season has to offer.

I don't know about you but my skin tends to be drier during the cooler season which is why moisturisers are a-must-have.

So today I am sharing with you my skin care routine. I'm a minimalist so you can expect very little steps and products here all from ATOMY.

I like ATOMY beauty products because they use herbs and safe ingredients,  making it mild for sensitive skins like mine.

Let's get started!

CLEANSE

Cleanse your skin using Foam Cleanser from ATOMY Evening Care Set. It cleanses the skin without causing redness or irritation.

BALANCE

Use ATOMY Hydra Brightening Capsule Essense to tone the skin. It balances the skin's moisture levels and makes pores appear smaller.

MOISTURISE

Keep skin soft and supple for the rest of the day with Hydra Brightening Cream. This pink moisturiser contains Vitamin B12, an antioxidizing energy for effective skin barrier protection.

PROTECT

Don't forget to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from prolonged sun exposure!

CLEANSE

Dirt and dust accumulate on the skin throughout the day so it's best to double cleanse in the evening. Use Deep Cleanser (Also part of ATOMY Evening Care Set) to "deeply cleanse" the sebum on your face. Just massage a small amount of this cleanser onto dry face for a minute before rinsing with water and then follow with Foam Cleanser as per normal use.

BALANCE

Just like in the morning, tone your skin with ATOMY Hydra Brightening Capsule Essence. It's capsule essence is both toner and serum in one!

BRIGHTEN

The skin around the eyes is more prone to signs of aging. Use ATOMY Eye Cream from THE FAME set for a gentle care that strengthens the skin around the eyes.

MOISTURISE

Don't forget to use Hydra Brightening Cream! We need maximum moisture before bedtime.

REVITALISE

A lot of moisture seeps out of our skin while sleeping. To avoid this, seal in the moisture using Peel-Off Mask (from the Evening Care Set). Leave it on during sleep (it's absolutely safe!) and wake up with a glowing, supple skin!
